There are many advantages to buying houseplants online. Firstly, it saves you a lot of hassle, especially with large plants. Furthermore, you can order your plants 24/7, and they'll be delivered directly from the grower to your home. So your plants are extra fresh! We understand you might have doubts about buying plants online. Will it be safe? How will they be shipped and packaged? Will they arrive intact? Absolutely! We'll tell you more below.
Packaging
All our houseplants are 100% fresh from the grower and carefully packaged for shipping. We work with PostNL, who ship the plants in specially designed packaging.
So what does plant packaging look like? A specialist in the horticultural sector has developed special packaging for plants. This allows the plants to be shipped as parcels. The specially designed packaging keeps the flowers and plants watered and protected during transport. The plants are secured in the packaging and can even be shipped upside down!
The environment has also been taken into account, as the boxes are made of FSC paper/cardboard and feature the FSC logo. Shipping houseplants is a specialized job. They're delicate products with a shelf life. But thanks to this shipping method, everything goes smoothly in almost all cases!
The bouquets stay fresh with the help of 'Chrysal Arive Alive'. This spongy material keeps the bottom of the stems moist and prevents the packaging from being damaged by moisture.
Delivery times
Delivery times within the Netherlands are 2 to 3 business days. Orders are automatically placed with our growers early in the morning every day. The grower packs and ships the plants that same day via PostNL, so you'll receive them the next day! Order your plants over the weekend? They'll be shipped Monday and delivered Tuesday!

Shipping costs and package tracking
Shipping is free within the Netherlands for orders over €50. Orders under €50 will be shipped via PostNL for €6,75 shipping. In all cases, you will receive a track & trace number from PostNL, which you can use to track your package. You can also use this code to change your delivery time with PostNL, if you have enough time.
